Very happy with the bike. Everything works great and is exactly as advertised. Mileage varies with amount of pedal assistance but average is about 35 miles per battery. I bought an extra battery. My Top speed is 32 mph but I am 230 lbs.

It took 2 months & over 100 emails. They ran out of the blue with logos & 1 email suggested I pick a different color. Then they had blue, but with no logo. They still didn't take my money. To be fair they were trying to get me a bike even though the 1st original delivery date was 2 months away & I was ok with it.

I wanted what I ordered & I was fine waiting for it. So the email came that they stopped bike with no logo & were expediting my bike that I ordered. It was delivered a few days early. I had a fed ex tracking number & the box was in great shape. The bike was easy to put together. If it came with a rear deflector they shorted that? The bike has thicker tires than some motorcycles! The bike is incredibly powerful & fast. I love that I can get a great workout see all the real scenery with the wind in my face & not have to worry about pushing the bike up a hill. They promised me a 2nd battery at a price of $399. The bike rides great. Only issue so far is pedaling whilst turning my feet hit front tire. I really like this bike & the price was great. Other bikes with this power are $4,500! I'm going to order a 2nd 1 for my kiddo!

I am blown away supper fast shipping. Mine arrived 4 days early. Packaging was excellent, and not a scratch one. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took about 1.5 hours. Let the battery charge while assembling and took it for a ride that afternoon. Rides great plenty of power. If your looking into an e-bike I highly recommend this one.
