Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Your patience will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping Cost 

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.

Shipping Carriers

Our bikes are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground and UPS for bikes, and we may use DHL/USPS for items smaller than a bike. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your packages.

Signatures Required

Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage 

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee 

NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx. 

$150 WILL BE CHARGED if you want to cancel the order AFTER the package has already SHIPPED. 

$150 WILL BE CHARGED if Customers refuse to accept the package or undelivered

$150 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.

Kindly Notes:

  1. Shipping times can be affected by variable public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
  2. It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
  3. As we ship from US local warehouse, there is no need to pay extra customs for you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
