Is this e-bike equipped with mechanical brakes or hydraulic brakes?
This e-bike is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes(oil pressure) which can greatly reduce braking distance.
What should I do if I have an after-sales problem?

Why do you need to pump up the tire of the ebike after you receive it?
Please note that due to shipping needs, the rear tires of our e-bikes will be outgassed. So you need to pump up the tire after you receive the ebike.
How you use your batteries will make them last longer?
Please connect the battery to the battery charger and then connect the charger to the outlet to energize it.

I am blown away supper fast shipping. Mine arrived 4 days early. Packaging was excellent, and not a scratch one. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took about 1.5 hours. Let the battery charge while assembling and took it for a ride that afternoon. Rides great plenty of power. If your looking into an e-bike I highly recommend this one.

The bike rides very well and build is pretty good for its price. I took it out for some offroad riding and the bikes suspension held up very well. I also like the option of adjusting the rebound and ride quality from the shocks. Braking is very good as well and it's very capable of its stopping power.

The power of 2000W motor is really strong, and I can adjust my speed at any time according to the situation of my riding section. Because it is a fat tire, I can keep stable when riding on a potholed section, and with the shock absorber, the whole riding process is more comfortable and safe. I'm a casual cross-country rider, and this bike is the perfect way for me to get out and enjoy the outdoors. The daul electric motor helps me go farther and longer, and the suspension makes it more comfortable to ride on rough terrain. I'm loving my new hobby!
